Hip flexors.
Why is it that I keep on injuring my hip flexor (left side) I am a regular, when I slide? its not unbearable but its freaking annoying.

Apparently you gotta work on your core or stomach muscles coz your hip flexors are doing all the work instead of your back and stomach.
Try changing your stance a little, or going to physio and gym. I am 110kg and don't have that problem when I slide. Anyway that's just my humble opinion.
Hope it helps...

Peace. :o

I find doing some warm up exercises before a session really helps a lot. concentrate on all the joints, ankles, knees, hips, wrists, shoulders, neck, back, etc.
the world is not as it appears.
