Hi there,

Im looking at getting me a set of wheels, but i dont know which ones to get me yet as i want to use it for both down hill bombing and freeride/sliding. I was looking at the O'tang Durains 83a purple or 86a wheels, is that any good for what i want to do with them? Or should i go for somthing more grippy but less slidy? Pleaes any advice would be great, cause i dont want to go out and get me a set only to find out its not what i wanted to use it for.

Thanks in advance. ;)

Try Cult Wheels. The urethane they use is great all round. Not as grippy as ABEC 11 Reflex formula but not as slidy as Classic ABEC 11 urethane. It has better wear characteristics than Otangs (wont ovalise or cone too quick) so the wheel behaves very much the same from new to the core. Go for Cult Death Rays.

Other options:
Cult Gamma Rays
ABEC 11 Classic BigZigs
ABEC 11 Flasbacks
Orangatang 4prez Orange
